A fatal accident left a motorcyclist and his pillion rider killed on Sunday afternoon (21st Sept) along Ang Mo Kio Ave 1.
Eye witnesses spoke of how the sight of blood and motorcycle parts smeared and littered across all four lanes of the road.
The motorcyclist was cutting into the right lane when he somehow skidded. It is not known why he lost control of the vehicle.
Both the 27-yr old motorcyclist and his 36 yr old girlfriend were flung from the vehicle, and the extreme impact injured them and caused them to bleed profusely.
Paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene.
