Will we be hearing lesser complaints now?
After a review, the LTA has decided to decrease the rates at certain ERP gantries around the island. With all good news there also comes a little bad news, Motorists will pay $1 lesser to go through the gantries in ECP and KPE between 8.30 and 9.00 in the morning. Gantries along the Southbound CTE after Braddell Road and PIE into Southbound CTE will also have a $1 reduction between 7.30 and 8.00 in the morning.
The increased gantries are in Thomson Road between 7.30 to 8.00 in the morning and three gantries along the AYE towards the city between 5.30 and 6.00 in the evening. These rates will come into effect from November the 3rd onwards, so drivers do take note and have your cashcards at the ready.
The next review will be held in November 2014 in lieu of the December Holidays. So stay tuned for more news about how much you’ll be saving or spending in December.
