MP Baey Yam Keng has recently been discharged from hospital after falling ill to dengue, he seems well enough and his platelet count has started to rise, though he’s not at peak conditions yet.
Member of Parliament for Tmapines GRC Baey Yam Keng also the unofficial minister of social media, was admitted to hospital for dengue fever a few days ago and has recently been deemed well enough to be discharged. He took to social media where he’s always been vibrantly active to provide real time updates on his condition.
He took a photo of his cut hospital wristband and posted it online to show that his conditions have stabilised and is out and about again. He was discharged in time for his wife’s play but he still has some ways to recovery. Baey is also a lead actor in an upcoming play for charity “Like me. I like.” and looks to have recovered in time for it.
Throughout his stay in hospital, he received many well wishes from members of the public and he has expressed his gratitude for the moral support he received and apologised for not being able to respond to every single well wisher.
