Singapore has fallen two places in the international index for least corrupted nations.
Previously ranking in at 5th in graft watchdog Transparency International’s 2013 Corruption Perceptions Index, Singapore has came in 7th in this years index, dropping two places after losing two points from 86 to 84, finishing behind Norway and Switzerland.
Denmark came in top as the least corrupt while Somalia and North Korea were deemed as the most corrupt coming in joint last. The index scores are related by country analysts and business people, ranging from zero which depicts most corrupt and 100 to symbolise most clean.
