In honour of 50 years of independence and to mark the jubilee year which all Singaporeans have come to recognise as SG50, six commemorative currency notes were unveiled by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
Issues by MAS the notes comprise a $50 polymer note, and five $10 polymer notes, as well as a set of three commemorative coins launched in April.
The notes feature unique designs, features and illustrations that captures what it means to be Singapore, a true tribute to the Singapore story.
