Both Zouk and DJ Fila, one half of DJ duo Aly & Fila respond to the recent dispute.
Almost everyone in Singapore would know that Zouk made headlines over the past couple of days for the wrong reasons.
They apparently cut short the set of international guest DJ Fila, and in their stead allowed the son of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib to take over the console.
Zouk hasn’t issued an apology and from the looks of it won’t be doing so either. They have however issued a statement that they do respect the artists and their patrons. They’ve also stood by their actions and stated that the guest DJ was not ordered or forced to stop his set before the contracted time.
Fila however wasn’t too happy with the statements and the side of the story Zouk was spinning so he took to Facebook to air his version of events.
His list documents the proceedings of his night as well as a quick jibe to the new owner of Zouk.
It’s quite a compelling list and a much clearer version of the events that transpired over the weekend at Singapore’s oldest and most popular nightclub.
