Researchers have found a plant that could aid with the treatment of HIV, in the Singapore Botanical Gardens.
Originally, the plant grew in Malaysia. However the plant went extinct before much studies could have been conducted. The plant was rediscovered, growing in our very own UNESCO site, the Singapore Botanical Gardens.
